What to do if your is mis-routed

When the online tracking shows your parcel has been misrouted or taken to an incorrect delivery depot, these errors are usually corrected automatically by the courier.

If the error is not corrected within 48 hours you should contact the courier directly or via their website, or if this is not possible please contact our Customer Service team.
