Reasons why orders are returned to sender

Updated over 3 years ago

There are many reasons an order might be returned to us by the courier:

  • The address is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.

  • The parcel and contents have been damaged in transit.

  • The parcel was held for collection after delivery attempts were unsuccessful and was not collected in time.

  • Customs charges or Import Fees have not been paid.

Depending on the circumstances, we may not know the exact reason a parcel has been returned until it has been received by our Returns Department.

Once a returned order is received and processed by our Returns Department you can choose to have it re-sent or receive a refund.

If your order is being returned please contact our Customer Services team with your order number.
