There are many reasons an order might be returned to us by the courier:
The address is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.
The parcel and contents have been damaged in transit.
The parcel was held for collection after delivery attempts were unsuccessful and was not collected in time.
Customs charges or Import Fees have not been paid.
Depending on the circumstances, we may not know the exact reason a parcel has been returned until it has been received by our Returns Department.
Once a returned order is received and processed by our Returns Department you can choose to have it re-sent or receive a refund.
