My order is missing an item, what should I do?

What to do if an item or part is missing from your order

If your order appears to be missing an item or part, please carefully check all the packaging and any boxes that the order came in, as often smaller items can get caught up in packaging and packing materials.

We also reuse packaging, and any recycled boxes will come with a pale green recycled sticker on the outside. Please make sure to check and open these in case your item is inside.

If the item cannot be located, please contact our Customer Service team, giving the order reference and details of the missing item or component.
