My order is missing an item, what should I do?

What to do if an item or part is missing from your order

If your order appears to be missing a product, please carefully check all the packaging and any boxes that the order came in.

Often smaller items can get caught up in packaging and packing materials.

We also reuse packaging from different products. Any recycled boxes will come with a pale green recycled sticker on the outside.

If you're still unable to locate a product or part of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.


Please include your order number, photos of all you received and photos of any damage to the parcel.
