What to do if you receive an wrong product from us.

If you believe you have receive an incorrect item with your order, please know that we have experienced people on hand to help you.

The items you ordered are likely to simply be inside a reused box. We reuse packaging to protect your items, so please make sure to open all the boxes included in your parcel.

Reused boxes should have a sticker on them letting you know your product is inside.

If your order does contain an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team, sending photographs and a description of the incorrect item. Please remember to include your order number in any correspondence.

Our Customer Service team will investigate and either arrange for the correct item to be sent, or issue a refund.
