At Jackson's we aim to reduce waste wherever possible. One way we do this is by reusing sturdy boxes that our suppliers have previously used to send goods to us.
This means that some of the boxes inside your parcel may display product names, images, or branding that do not match the items you ordered.
Please open every box before contacting our Customer Service Team.
Recycled Box Stickers
To help you identify reused packaging, you may see an orange sticker that says:
OPEN THIS BOX
WE'VE RECYCLED
THIS BOX, YOUR
ITEM IS INSIDE
The box may originally have contained a completely different product, but your order is often packed safely inside. Many reports of missing or incorrect items are resolved simply by opening and checking all boxes in the parcel.
Our warehouse team carefully packs your products regardless of the branding or printing on the reused box.
By reusing boxes, we reduce unnecessary packaging waste and give them a longer life before recycling.
