There may be several reasons you have only received part of your order.
Sometimes it is necessary to split an order into multiple parcels. This may happen if an order contains large or bulky items which are too big to be sent as a single parcel.
The courier's online tracking page will show two or more consignment references when applicable.
Please be aware that the parcels may not arrive at the same time.
Items out of stock and Special Orders
Another reason may be that one or more of the items in your order are out of stock or Special Order products, so your order may need to be part-shipped. If this happens our Customer Service team will contact you to explain your options.
