Unwanted Product Returns

We hope that you are delighted with every purchase you make from Jackson's, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, or simply no longer need the product you ordered, please know you can return it still.

Please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition, within 30 days from receipt of your order.

How to make an Unwanted Return

Please note:

Please note, we’re unable to refund the original shipping or the return costs.
Unlike some areas of ecommerce, such as fashion, we work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price, and we’re unable to refund the original delivery costs.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, we are more than happy to refund for the product itself, if it's in a resalable condition.

We do not accept unwanted returns for any of the following items:

  • Gift Vouchers

  • Bespoke products

  • Pressed metal leaf

  • Cut-to-order paper sheets

  • Clearance items

  • Special Order items

Returns for these products will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Shop Order Returns

Orders placed in one of our UK shops should be returned directly to the shop they were purchased at.

Faulty or Damaged Items
