What 'order complete' means in your account

An order showing as 'Complete' in your online account has been packed and dispatched for delivery.

'Order complete' does not mean that an order has been delivered.

If you have received a Dispatch Notification email, this will provide information on the expected delivery times chosen at the checkout and tracking information if a trackable service was chosen.
