If you're unable to complete your order online, there are a few things worth checking first. In many cases, the issue can be resolved by updating the information in your account or checking the details entered during Checkout.
Check Your Address and Contact Details
If you encounter an error when trying to proceed to payment, please check that all required fields have been completed correctly.
In particular:
Make sure all mandatory fields have been filled in.
Ensure your phone number is valid. It must contain the correct number of digits, use numbers only, and cannot be a placeholder such as all zeros.
Each address line can contain a maximum of 30 characters. If any line exceeds this limit, shorten it or split your address across multiple address lines before saving. This helps ensure that shipping labels are created correctly and allows Checkout to proceed successfully.
These checks help ensure your order and shipping labels can be processed successfully.
Missing a saved Billing Address
Please check that you have a Billing Address saved in your Jackson's Account.
If your account doesn't already have this information saved, you may be unable to progress to the payment page.
Exit Checkout, go to My Account, save your Billing Address, then try placing your order again.
Delivery Options Unavailable
If no delivery options are displayed in your Basket or during Checkout, it usually means that:
Courier services are temporarily unavailable for your destination.
One or more items in your Basket cannot be delivered to your address because of shipping restrictions.
There is no eligible courier service available for the combination of products in your Basket.
In this case, the Basket cannot be delivered to the selected destination and you won't be able to complete your order.
Try removing any hazardous or restricted items from your Basket, then check whether delivery options become available.
