Cancelling items that have not been dispatched

If your order needs to be part-shipped, our Customer Service team will contact you via phone or email to discuss your options. Your order may be part-shipped if an item you ordered is suddenly out of stock (for example).

If you decide to cancel the remaining items, and they haven't already been shipped, Customer Services will cancel and issue a refund.
