There are a few reasons why your payment may fail:

Please check that the card being used has not expired.
Please check that the billing address details match the address registered to the card.
Your bank account may block and require authorisation because it assumes there is fraudulent activity. This rarely happens and is usually only with first-time orders from international customers.
Please check your card is active and hasn't been blocked.
The online payment software can occasionally fail and a payment isn't registered. Please try entering your details again.
