Parcels delivered to post offices

Updated over 3 years ago

Parcels are occasionally delivered to a local post office for collection by the recipient.

If your tracking shows that your item has been sent to your local post office and is awaiting collection, you should contact them to arrange a collection as soon as it's convenient.

In some circumstances, it may be possible to arrange for the parcel to be re-delivered. If you are unable to collect in person, you should enquire directly with your local postal service about scheduling a re-delivery.

International Untracked Service

If your parcel was sent via a standard International untracked service and you have not received it within the stated delivery timescales, you should enquire at your local post office in case they have received your parcel and are holding it for collection.
