If you opted for a tracked delivery service, there are two ways to find your tracking information:
Dispatch Email
This is the email we send when your order leaves our warehouse. It contains a copy of your invoice as well as the tracking details.
If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you receive your Dispatch Email before attempting to track your order.
My Account
If you have a Jackson’s Account and placed your order while signed in, you can also find the tracking information by going to ‘My Orders’ and viewing the order details.
