If you’re looking for a specific item from a brand or range we already stock, but can’t see the exact product, size, colour or variation on our website, we may be able to request it as a Special Order.
If a product is already listed but temporarily out of stock, a Special Order cannot be placed, as we will already be working with the supplier to replenish stock.
Special Orders are only possible for brands and suppliers we already work with. Unfortunately, we’re unable to source products from companies or ranges that we don’t currently stock.
How it works
Step 1
Contact our Customer Service team with the product name and details, and the quantity required.
Step 2
Since Special Orders involve additional coordination with our suppliers, they are subject to minimum order quantities or costs.
We’ll check with the supplier and advise you on any quantity or value requirements.
For example, a single low-cost item, such as one brush, is often not feasible to order on its own. As a general guide, lower-value items are unlikely to qualify, although this varies depending on the product and supplier.
Step 3
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll arrange the Special Order for you.
Please note that Special Orders take longer to fulfil than regular orders.
