Price Match Guidelines
We will Price Match if the product is:
The same exact product on the competitor's website.
Available to the general public at that price.
In stock and available for immediate delivery by a competing authorised retailer.
We will not Price Match if the product is:
Part of a bundle, set or pack.
On promotion exceeding 45% discount on its Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
On Clearance.
On an auction website.
On a marketplace website, such as Amazon, eBay, Flubit, etc.
From a Jackson's promotion, outside the promotional dates.
How to Request a Price Match
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, whether you’ve already placed the order (within seven days) or are about to, please contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll credit you with the difference.
