We are happy to Price Match other online retailers’ prices for products we already stock, and in most cases, we can even match competitors' promotions too.
We do not offer price matching on our own sales or promotions.
Price Match Guidelines
We will Price Match if the product is:
The same exact product on a competing retailer or online shop's website.
Available to the general public at that price.
In stock and available for immediate delivery by a competing authorised retailer.
We will not Price Match if the product is:
Part of a bundle, set or pack
On promotion exceeding 45% discount on its Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
On Clearance
On a supplier or manufacturer website
On an auction website
On a marketplace website, such as Amazon, eBay, Flubit, etc
From a Jackson's promotion, outside the promotional dates.
How to Request a Price Match
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, whether you’ve already placed the order (within seven days) or are about to, please contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll credit you with the difference.

We always want to offer the best prices we can. However, recent US tariff changes mean supplier prices are shifting too often for us to guarantee a Price Match in the US at the moment.
You’re very welcome to send us a Price Match request and we’ll do our best to help, though approval may not always be possible until prices have stabilised.
