Our packaging is designed to protect your art materials during transit, including from the knocks and bumps a parcel may experience on its journey.
If the outer packaging has been damaged, please open the parcel and check the products inside.
If your products are in good condition and fully usable, there is no need to contact us about damage to the packaging alone.
