When placing a UK order on our website, you are very welcome to have your order sent to our Dalston, Hove or Stroud shops for collection, or to collect directly from our Gloucester Counter Service.
The Fulham shop is not currently included in our Shop Collection service.
How to place a Shop Collection order
Choose your products and proceed to the Checkout.
Add or select a saved delivery address within 15 miles of one of our shops.
This prompts SHOP COLLECTION to appear in the Shipping Methods.
Select Shop Collection. Estimated collection times and the shop address will be shown.
Complete your order as normal.
Wait for your ready-to-collect confirmation before visiting the shop.
Your order will be available for collection for 30 days from this point.
If you cancel or do not collect your order within this time, it will be refunded with £10 deducted to cover processing costs.
Shop Collection is free for most orders, but a small delivery fee may apply for particularly large or heavy items.
Collection Times
Estimated collection times include picking and packing, and for Dalston, Hove and Stroud shops also include shipping from our warehouse to the shop.
Gloucester Counter Service: approximately 24 hours
Dalston, Hove and Stroud Shops: 2-3 days
