Should you wish, we provide a <a href="https://help.jacksonsart.com/en/articles/13672817-uk-jackson-s-shop-collection">Shop Collection</a> service, so you can order your materials online from our warehouse before collecting them in our Dalston, Hove or Stroud shops, or the warehouse's Counter Service.

There is a ramp to our ground-floor entrance. Staff will happily bring products downstairs for you to shop from at both locations.

Jackson’s Art Gloucester is operating as a counter service - an order placement and collection point - designed for quick and efficient access to our full range of over 55,000 art materials.

To help your visit run smoothly, we recommend arriving with a prepared list of products or product codes. Orders are placed and paid for at the counter, after which our shop team will collect your items from the warehouse.

As this location is set up for fast, straightforward ordering, products aren’t displayed for browsing. Customers wishing to browse products can do so online and by visiting one of our shops.
