Customs clearance delays

Updated over a week ago

International deliveries' tracking will occasionally appear to stall. This is most likely because the parcel is working its way through Customs. Please hold tight, the parcel should start moving again after a few days.

If there are any issues Customs will get in touch with you directly.

Unfortunately, when an item is in this stage, we cannot enquire about its status or expedite delivery.

Some parcels, depending on their value and the destination country's requirements, will require Customs to ask you to pay an Import Fee, usually in lieu of Sales Taxes not included when you made your order. The checkout will automatically apply a Sales Tax on all applicable orders.

Please check locally for any levels and tariffs that may apply.
