Restricted items are products that we are unable to send via airmail, or are restricted for delivery to specific countries.
If a product is subject to shipping restrictions, these will be shown on the product page or in the Basket.
To find out the options for the order you want to place, please add your desired item(s) to your Basket.
Then, open your Basket page and add your intended delivery address, and press ‘Get a Quote’.
If the website is able to provide you with delivery options that means the restrictions do not apply to your intended delivery address.
Otherwise, if no delivery options are shown, you will not be able to complete the order.
Examples of such products include, but are not limited to, aerosols, flammable liquids (paint thinners, turpentine, etc), solvents, varnishes, any products which contain high levels of alcohol (alcohol inks), and any liquids above 250ml.
These items can sometimes be sent by road to some European destinations, but this will incur an additional delivery charge. If you are located outside Europe, then we won’t be able to send these products to you.
There are also some restrictions on the length of the products which we are able to send by air or road.
