Your Jackson's Account is registered with an email of your choice. If you wish to amend it to a new email, please follow these steps.
Changing Your Email Address
1. Sign into your Jackson's Account and go to the My Account page and click on Account Information on the left hand side.
2. In the Account Information tab, toggle 'Change Email' as shown below and write your new email address in the 'Email' field.
To confirm the email address change, add your password and click 'Save' or 'Submit'.
3. The website will automatically sign you out and display a message confirming the change has been saved.
Please sign back in using your new email address and original password.
