Should you need to change or amend your email address on your online account, this can be done by logging into your Jackson's customer account and clicking on 'My Account'. You can also change a number of other account details this way.
Once you have clicked on 'My Account' you will be taken to your Account Dashboard.
Where it says Contact Information, click on the 'Edit ' button.
In Account Details you can change or amend the existing e-mail details for your account.
Please remember to click 'Save' when you are finished.
