Amending the Delivery Address

How to amend or change your Delivery Address

On an existing order

If you need to amend the Delivery Address you originally confirmed when placing the order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team before the order is dispatched for delivery.

For urgent queries such as this, we recommend calling.


If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to have the courier amend the Delivery Address. This will depend on the courier service chosen.



On your Online Account

To change or amend your saved Delivery Address, or contact information on your Online Account, please log into your Jackson's customer account and click on 'My Account'.

Click on 'Address Book' and then click on 'Change' or 'Add New Address'.

You can then add, change or amend any existing contact or delivery details.

Please remember to click 'Save Address' when you are finished.
