On an existing order
If you need to amend the Delivery Address you originally confirmed when placing the order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team before the order is dispatched for delivery.
For urgent queries such as this, we recommend calling.
If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to have the courier amend the Delivery Address. This will depend on the courier service chosen.
If our Customer Service Team were able to intervene before the order was dispatched and amend the Delivery Address, you may still see the original address on your order details page.
This happens because the update does not automatically change what's displayed on the order page. Rest assured that if we confirmed your address change, the correct updated address will be used for delivery.
On your Jackson's Account
To change or amend your saved Delivery Address, or contact information on your Jackson's Account, please sign in by clicking on 'My Account'.
Click on 'Address Book' and then click on 'Edit' or 'Add New Address'. You can then add, change or amend any existing contact or delivery details.
