Untracked Delivery is a delivery method that uses a Standard Postal service. The progress of the parcel cannot be tracked or followed.

When choosing this delivery method, please be aware the delivery times are estimates and the parcel can take a little longer to arrive.

If the parcel has not arrived within the estimate given at the Checkout, please allow a few extra days before contacting us as the parcel may have encountered a small delay locally.
