Orders that have been returned to sender due to a delivery issue can often take a little longer to get back to us; particularly if the item has been returned from outside the UK.

Each courier has their own system and schedule for dealing with returned items and this can sometimes lead to delays in receiving returned items.

If your parcel was sent via a tracked service you can follow the progress of its return using the original tracking number.

We aim to process all returns within 2 days of receiving them at our warehouse. Unforeseen national or international incidents can impact this level of service.
