Unlike some areas of e-commerce, such as fashion, we work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price.

If you wish to make an Unwanted Return, we are more than happy to refund for the product itself, if it's in a resalable condition, but not the costs of shipping them back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order contains faulty or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service Team instead.

We would not ask you to cover any costs of returning these.
