When your Unwanted Return arrives in the warehouse, it usually takes a couple of days for it to be processed and refunded by our Returns Team. Please allow a few more days during busy periods.

When the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, and depending on how you originally paid, it can take a few days to appear in your bank account.
Please note:
If the Product Returns form was not included with your Unwanted Return, a refund may take longer to process since our Returns Team may have some difficulty identifying it and who they need to refund.

If you made the return in one of our Shops, the parcel will be re-directed for you to the warehouse, for the attention of our Returns Team who will process the parcel and issue the refund.
