We have 2 options if you want to collect your order: Shop Collection or Yodel.
Shop Collection
In the Checkout, please click on the "Collect from one of our Shops" button, and choose from the available locations and confirm it by clicking on the "Select Store" button.
Each choice includes it's own delivery time estimate which will be shown in the next step.
Please note, a fee may be applied in the Checkout to oversized items going to our Dalston and Fulham shops for collection.
Yodel
For UK orders, you can choose one of over 7000 Yodel locations nationwide to have your order sent to. Most Yodel shops are local convenience stores and are open in the evenings, as well as on weekends, so you can collect your order whenever is suitable for you.
Yodel is not available for orders over 10kgs or larger than 60 x 50 x 50cm.
Yodel will send you a text or email with a Collection Barcode when your parcel is ready for collection. Print this out or take your phone with you to the collection point, along with ID to pick up your parcel.
How to place an order with Yodel delivery
Step 1
In the Checkout, please click on the "Deliver to Yodel location" button. You will be asked to input your town or a postcode so that the website can provide you with collection points nearby.
Step 2
Then, a small pop-up widow will appear with the nearest locations.
You can see their addresses and open hours. You can also choose from a map if you prefer or view more locations nearby.
Once you decide, click on "Select Location" to save it.
Please note, the location options shown above are an example for N16 7SX only.
Step 3
To complete booking your collection with Yodel you need to Select your shipping rate. Usually there are 2 options.
Once you choose one of the options, you will see your Checkout Totals update and display the Yodel service.

Using a Collection Point address without choosing a Collection Service
If you're sending an order to a Yodel collection point, you must select 'Deliver to Yodel Location.'
Any other delivery options such as 'Tracked Parcel Delivery', 'Next Day Delivery', etc will not generate the barcode the Yodel point will need to scan and log your order, and your parcel will be rejected by the Yodel point or lost.
These delivery methods will also not work on any other carrier's collection network.
