You can request to cancel your order or amend the order's delivery address, but please know this can only be done before the order is dispatched for delivery.
You can check order status in your Jackson's Account. Alternatively, please check your emails for the order's Dispatch email.
If we still have your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
We recommend calling, as this is an urgent request.
Please note that there are instances where an order cannot be stopped in time to avoid it being dispatched. Reach out as early as possible for the best chance of cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched and cancellation is no longer possible, you can make an Unwanted Product Return when you receive your order instead.
