You can cancel your order or change your delivery address providing your order has not been dispatched. You can check order status in your account and you should also receive an email notification of dispatch.

We will confirm as soon as the order has been cancelled and the refund is completed.

If your order has been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you can start a return once your order has been delivered.
